Combine on-the-trails MTB skills coaching with yoga for riders, on this special women’s trip. Thursday 16 to Tuesday 21 September 2021.
Each morning, Pure Mountains' guides will lead a ride on the awesome trails of the Sierra Nevada. Katy will be providing on-the-trail coaching during the rides. After a late lunch back at the farmhouse, Karen will lead an Yoga for Riders session each afternoon.
This trip is ideal for intermediate and above riders who want to consolidate and improve their MTB skills and to reap the benefits of mountain bike specific yoga, in a supportive and fun, female-led environment.

Soul Connection's Yoga for Riders is a non-spiritual form of yoga specifically designed for riders, by a rider. No spiritual stuff to make you feel out of place, just a functional focus to make ride time better. Ride faster, sharper, with a strong, pain free body.
You can practise in your t-shirt and shorts, with people who love what you love and struggle with the same physical aches, pains and injuries.
Yoga is the perfect companion to mountain biking. The popular misconception that you need to be flexible to do yoga is untrue. Yoga for Riders focuses on stability, flexibility and strength, with clearly defined riding objectives in mind. Karen is a self-confessed yoga and mountain bike addict. She fuses her love of cycling and being in nature with her passion and skill as a yoga teacher. Karen teaches yoga that is designed to help you move as your body intended. If you love to move your body, learn and have fun, this is for you.
Price: €1000 / £900 per person. Five nights, four days. Includes the activities outlined above plus rustic-luxe farmhouse accommodation, Land Rover support, full board (except two dinners), beer and wine and Málaga airport transfers.
